However, to keep leads fresh and to ensure that each lead is contacted by a qualified broker in a timely manner, brokers MUST view the lead within 24 HOURS or the lead will be re-issued to another broker in the same zip code. (Leads are distributed randomly to brokers—we do not pick and choose. Leads are sent out as they come in. Because we do not have any control over how many leads we receive, we do NOT guarantee a set quantity of leads, or even ANY leads, but we distribute every lead we get.)
